Gabriel: Now see, that makes sense to me. Hirschbaum's a guy with a ton of cash looking at life in prison, so he kills his double and then he just goes off to live in some tropical paradise, just like Ken Lay.
Kenneth Lee Lay (1942–2006) was the CEO and chairman of Enron and was implicated in the downfall of the Corporation. He was found guilty on May 25, 2006, along with COO Jeffrey Skilling, on six counts of securities and wire fraud and faced up to 45 years in prison. He died of a heart attack in July, prior to sentencing. Because of the private funeral and cremation four days later, along with his ashes being buried in a secret location in the Colorado mountains and his connection to very powerful people, conspiracy theories abound that the death was a cover for his leaving America to live in luxury in some place with a warn climate.
