The arrest of a crack addict exposes a questionable rehab facility and leads Brenda's squad on a race to find a missing woman. Gabriel questions Brenda's judgment; she shows pity for the arrested crackhead found on skid row. Fritz reveals some ugly truths about his past.

- When Michelle and Kim left the club, Trey stopped them asking for money. When Kim gave him money but Michelle didn't he kills Michelle after she tries to run but ties up Kim in a trailer. He admits all of this to Brenda who stares at him in disgust.

- Gabriel gets irritated and frustrated with Brenda as she is being too kind to the arrested crackhead which he views as hindering the case and putting the missing girl's life in danger. He calls in Chief Pope who then calls in Fritz to speak with her.
- Fritz discloses an incident which occurred before his second DUI a few years ago.
Trivia[]
- The reason why the case was relevant to Fritz and the FBI is that the Violent Crime Control and Law Enforcement Act of 1994 made it a federal crime to kill someone during a car jacking.
